Maitai Hotels are managed by HMS (Hotel Management & Services). This is a local hotel management company, established when the Bora Bora Maitai project started back in 1996.
HMS integrates the owning group of InterContinental Hotels in French Polynesia and Le Maitai Polynesia.

Managing Director Laurent Darcy and Director of Operations and Sales Christophe Gomet both have an extensive background in hotel asset management and operation in French Polynesia.
Originally from France, they have both lived and worked in French Polynesia for many years.
